Tour Itinerary

Our tour services start with your arrival at pre-booked resort. Welcome drink on arrival, complete check-in formalities and settling into your accommodation, remainder of the day is at for your leisure. You can choose to relax at the resort, enjoy its amenities, or explore the surrounding area. In the evening, consider visiting the Garjiya Devi Temple or the Corbett Museum, both offering a glimpse into the local culture and history. After a peaceful evening stroll, return to the resort for dinner and an overnight stay at resort.

Corbett Tiger Reserve:

India's first national park, cradled in the foothills of the Himalayas at 3300 feet ASL, spreads over an area of 520 sq. km. The magnificent Ramganga River flows through the entire length of the Park. Corbett has the highest density of tiger in India. Other carnivores include the leopard, elephant, bear, and deer. Basking along the banks of the Ramganga are the slender snouted gharial and the marsh crocodile. There are watch towers, elephant safaris, canter safaris and jeep safaris for wildlife viewing.

The day starts early with a morning wake-up call and a quick breakfast before heading out for your Canter Safari in the Dhikala Zone, one of the most popular areas of Jim Corbett National Park. Departing around 6:00 AM, this thrilling safari takes you deep into the heart of the park, offering a chance to spot a variety of wildlife, including the elusive Royal Bengal Tiger, elephants, deer, and numerous bird species. The safari lasts until around 11:30 AM. Reach at Ramnagar for canter boarding point where your canter seat is pre-booked. After safari you’ll return to your resort. The afternoon is yours to spend at leisure, either relaxing at the resort or exploring the local area further. In the evening, enjoy a bonfire (subject to weather) and dinner, followed by another restful night at the resort.

Early morning get ready for enjoy the Jeep safari at the Corbett National Park. Reach at Ramnagar for Safari boarding point where your Jeep is pre-booked.  After Safari return to the resort for breakfast. After breakfast check out from resort for onwards journey, with cherished memories of your wildlife experience.

Terms & Conditions
  • Check-in time is 12:00 noon, and check-out time is 11:00 AM.
  • Early Check-in & Late Check-out depend on room availability and hotel policy.
  • Accommodation will be in base category rooms in all listed resorts.
  • Upgrades to the room category will incur additional charges, payable directly at the hotel.
  • If there are more than 2 guests in a room, an extra mattress will be provided.
  • If the listed hotel is not available, we’ll secure a similar hotel for you.
  • Meal options, such as Room Service, Buffet Service, and À la Carte Service, depend on hotel occupancy and operational guidelines, with Buffet Service being the typical format. The hotel management may change these services on the same day if necessary.
  • Please ensure the correct ages of passengers are entered to avoid any penalties during travel.
  • Any adjustments to government taxes, hotel charges, safari fees, etc., will be communicated to you by email or phone before your scheduled travel.
  • We are not responsible for any accidents, as well as loss, theft, or damage to your luggage.
  • We maintain the right to change the itinerary and safari plans based on operational requirements or unforeseen circumstances.
  • These rates are not applicable for long weekend holidays, New Year, and Christmas.
  • All disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi Courts.
  • In case your safari is not booked due to reasons like technical error or non-availability of seat, we will refund the whole safari amount in your given bank account.
  • If the government increases the safari price then you will have to pay the difference amount.
  • All safari bookings are subject to availability and must be confirmed in advance.
  • Confirmation will be provided upon receipt of full payment for the safari package.
  • We cannot guarantee a specific safari zone as it depends on availability. We reserve the right to change the safari zone based on availability, and guests cannot claim a particular safari zone.
  • We accept payments via Credit Card, Debit Card, and Direct Deposit.
  • Please make payments only into company accounts.
  • Travelers have the option to:
    • Pay 50% in advance to secure the booking on a confirmed basis, with the remaining 50% settled upon arrival or at the start of the tour.
    • Pay 100% in advance to confirm the booking and enjoy additional discount benefits.
  • Travelers are responsible for paying all statutory taxes, surcharges, and applicable fees.
Cancellation Policy

If you need to reschedule or cancel your tour/travel plans due to unforeseen circumstances, we kindly request that you notify us in writing. Please be aware that cancellation charges will apply from the date we receive your written communication. The following cancellation policy will be enforced:

08 to 14 days before the travel date 50% of The Package Cost
03 to 07 days before the travel date 75% of The Package Cost
Less than 03 days, including no-show No refund will be issued
  • Note: Safari amount will be non-refundable.
  • If you book a Forest Lodge accommodation, please note that there is no refund available. Additionally, the amounts paid for Jeep Safari, Canter Safari, and Elephant Safari bookings are non-refundable.
  • The cancellation date will be effective from the day after we receive your cancellation request via email, after office hours. The tour start date will not be included in this count.
  • During the peak seasons such as weekends or holidays (including Holi, Diwali, Christmas, and New Year), separate cancellation policies may apply for hotel bookings. We will provide specific details regarding the applicable cancellation policy as and when required.
  • During unforeseen events like strikes, festivals, weather conditions, traffic issues, or closure of places of visit, we will try to arrange alternatives. However, we are not liable for any refund claims due to these situations.
